All workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days.

All new hardware supplied is guaranteed for 12 months.

All Refurbished Hardware is guaranteed for 90 days.

All Hardware & Software supplied is in addition to hourly rates.

|
All Hardware & Software installation is priced and agreed BEFORE fitting.

·
|
Maximum labour charge for home users is 4 Hours per Incident (£90.00).

·
|
NO FIX NO FEE.
|
|
·
|
NO CALL OUT CHARGE Within stated area's.

·
|
Minimum Charge for Home or Business is 1 Hour(£30.00).
|
|
·
|
The First Hour is charged at £30.00 per hour.
|
|
·
|
The second Hour is charged at £25.00 per hour.
|
|
·
|
The Third Hour is charged at 20.00 per hour.
|
|
·
|
Additional hours are charged at £15.00 per hour.
|
|
·
|
Call outs before 8.00am or after 10.00pm are subject to a 50% on all rates.

|
·
|
Tuition is charged at £20.00 per hour and is not subject to a maximum charge.
|
|
·
|
Tuition must be agreed BEFORE it started.
|
|
·
|
Calls outside the coverage area is subject to an additional mileage charge.
|
|
·
|
Payment can be made with cash, cheque's, or bank transfer.
|
|
·
|
30 day accounts for business users must be settled within 7 days of invoice date.
