How much will it cost you ?

We charge per incident, there is NO call out charge and if we do not fix your problem , there is NO FEE.

Our Service starts at 8.00am until 10.00pm including weekends, bank and public holidays, 7 days a week, 365 days a year,
(Computers have no sense of timing.)

In an Emergency, we can attend outside these times, but there is a 50% additional cost to the charges listed bellow.

For Home users:
£30.00 for the first hour
£25.00 for the second hour
£20.00 for the third hour
£15.00 for all remaining hours
Subject to a maximum charge of 4 Hours which is £90.00


For Business Users:
We charge exactly the same hourly rates as for home users with the following changes:

There is no Maximum, the Daily Rate is £150.00 per 8 Hour day


Special Projects:
We also undertake project work which is will be in the format of a formal quotation for work, detailing scope of work, price, time, start and finish dates


Tuition:
Tuition is charged at £20.00 per hour with no maximum and is subject to agreement before tuition starts
